The specific objectives of the club shall be as listed below.
The Club will further enhance the explosive growth drive of the vision 2032 by bringing Young Adults and Youth of varying professions together for fellowship, mentoring and development. An opportunity to express their expertise within the confine of their faith and exchange ideas on how to manage success and skills in the external world of the profession with the intent to win other non-believing professional to Christ.
This is to facilitate the exchange of industry-specific knowledge and expertise among members of the professions making the club. This will expose the members to time-tested and proven professionals who have navigated the path to provide coaching and mentoring for the upcoming professional of same faith.
The club will foster fruitful connections and collaborations among professionals, creating opportunities for partnership, mentorship, and career advancement. Members firm can partner for joint project bidding, exchange expertise, and share common professional challenges for quick support of solutions offer within the club.
The Club at its full formation will represent the collective interest of members and professions by advocating for policies that support the profession and address relevant challenges of the profession. E.g. Incessant building collapse- a professional club can advise relevant authorities and agencies on solutions and standards.
Establish and promote ethical guidelines to ensure integrity and professionalism within the specific industries, maintaining a high standard of conduct among members.
Engage in a community initiative Professional to promote awareness of the profession, contribute to social responsibility, and enhance public understanding of the field.
